The service

Avec provides translation, read-aloud, dictation, source saving, and AI-assisted briefing tools. Features may evolve during the private beta. We may change, suspend, or discontinue a feature when necessary to protect users, comply with law, or improve service reliability.

Your account

You are responsible for accurate account information and for keeping access credentials secure. Do not share an account in a way that bypasses service limits. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Avec only the limited permission needed to process, transmit, store, and display that content to operate the features you request. You must have the right to use and process submitted material.

Acceptable use

• Do not use Avec to violate law, privacy, copyright, or access controls.
• Do not probe, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or bypass limits or security.
• Do not upload malware, abusive material, or content designed to harm others.
• Do not represent an AI briefing as a verified professional judgment.

AI output

Briefings and translations can contain mistakes or omit context. Source links and grounding features help you verify important claims, but you remain responsible for decisions based on output. Avec is not medical, legal, investment, or other professional advice.

Trials and future paid plans

A trial may include usage limits or feature restrictions. No live paid order is offered through the current beta unless pricing and checkout terms are clearly presented before purchase. Future paid terms will state price, renewal, cancellation, and refund details at checkout.

Availability and liability

The beta service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DZG STUDIO LLC disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service. Rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.

Termination and contact

You may stop using Avec at any time. We may restrict access for material violations, security risk, or unlawful use. Questions about these terms can be sent to dev@dzgapp.com.
